![]() ![]() ![]() What I discovered is that the 963Hz fork vibrates longer for plants or soil that are in distress. I did some follow up experiments with my plants at home, and mushroom mycelium we started recently. Next press the tuning fork onto one of your knuckles. To sound your Otto 128, hold it by the stem and tap the flat side of the weights on your knees or the palm of your hand. The purpose of the weights is to transmit a strong vibration from the prongs through the stem. I used a 174hz fork to stimulate nitrogen uptake and activate calcium magnesium uptake, a 295hz fork as a nutrient lock soil loosener, a 528hz fork to help with any plant deficiencies, and a 963hz fork (this frequency is known as “God’s vibration” and is a master healing frequency).Ī really, really interesting thing happened while I did this: on two of the 8 rows the 963Hz fork vibrated longer. The Otto 128 is a tuning fork with weights on the prongs. ![]() There isn’t a ton of information available about which sound vibrations do what, or the best way to administer them, but since weighted tuning forks carry vibration through solid material they touch, I felt like they were the best avenue to get to the root systems in each row of my garden at the farm after we planted them last weekend. The Journal of Experimental Botany published a study in 2016 showing that sound vibrations increase soluble protein content, strengthen plant immunity to pathogens, increase yields, support enhanced growth and development, and increase the transcription of certain genes. Sound therapy for plants is just as effective as it is for humans and animals, and it’s been really exciting to see it at work over the last month. ![]()
